With iServiceDesk you can:
Submit and browse work requests
Search for specific work requests and work orders
Check status of work requests and work orders
Receive email notification when requests are accepted, status changes or work is complete
Emergency Requests
Report problems that pose high risk to life, safety, security and property damage by calling your Residence Hall CL
Typical examples include flooding onto floor, ceiling leaks, chemical odors, broken windows and power outages
Too hot/cold
Technicians respond to these calls in the order they are received
Contact your Residence CL if your request is after 12 am Monday - Friday or all day Saturday and Sunday
Door Locks
Contact your Residence CL for door lock issues
iServiceDesk should not be use for:
Routine Service/Maintenance requests can be placed using iServiceDesk
Retrieving lost money or Bearbucks in vending machines
Reporting outages in phone, cable or internet
Lost keys or access problems

Saturday and Sunday requests are handled by on call status
